My Story
Operation BBQ started with a spark-literally. What began as weekend cookouts with friends turned into a full-blown passion for outdoor cooking. After years of perfecting pulled chicken, smoking brisket low and slow, and testing every rub and grill I could get my hands on, I knew it was time to turn my love for BBQ into something bigger.

With over 10 years in sales, marketing, and customer service, I combined my professional experience with my grilling obsession to launce Operation BBQ. I wanted to rcreate a place where backyard cooks, weekend warriors, and seriouspitmasters could find the best gear, top-quality sauces and spices, and real, personal service.
